How to send us feedback or suggest a new feature
Netch has an in-app feedback flow for bugs, friction points, and feature ideas.
Use it when you want to tell us what is missing, what feels off, or what broke.
What the feedback flow is for
Use feedback when you want to send:
- A bug report
- A product suggestion
- A request for a new feature
- A note about confusing UX
- A report that something feels incomplete
The dialog title is Send Feedback or Report a Bug.
What to include
Short reports are fine. Specific reports are better.
Try to include:
- The screen you were on
- The action you took
- What you expected
- What happened instead
- Why the change would matter to you
If the feedback is a feature idea, include the actual problem first.
Example:
"I wanted to compare event attendees by city before a conference. I could see the attendee list, but I could not narrow it down. A city filter on the attendee view would help."
That is much easier to evaluate than "Please add more filters."
Good bug reports
A useful bug report usually has a few concrete steps.
Good example:
- Opened Discover
- Applied a Country filter
- Closed and reopened the screen
- Filter reset on its own
That gives enough detail to reproduce the issue.
Good feature requests
A useful feature request usually answers three questions:
- What are you trying to do?
- What is blocking you today?
- What change would remove that friction?
Keep it tied to a real workflow.
What happens after you send it
When the message goes through, Netch shows a confirmation that your feedback was sent.
That means it was submitted for review.
