How to install Netch on your phone

Netch works as a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can add it to your home screen and open it like a native app, without going through an app store.

On Android with Google Chrome

1. Open Netch in Google Chrome.
2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Add to Home Screen or Install app.
4. Tap Add or Install to confirm.

Netch now appears on your home screen. Tap it to open the app directly, without going through the browser.

If you do not see the option, make sure you are using Chrome. Other browsers on Android may not support installation.

On iPhone with Safari

Important: PWA installation on iPhone only works in Safari. It does not work in Chrome or other browsers on iOS.

1. Open Netch in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing up.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add in the top-right corner.

Netch now appears on your home screen. It opens in full-screen mode without the browser address bar.

What changes after you install

The app opens full-screen with no browser interface around it. Navigation, chat, and notifications work the same way.

Your account and all your data stay exactly as they are. You can still open Netch in a browser at any time.
