Discover includes filters for Role, Industry, Sector, Tools, Skills, City, and Country. Complete all 7 Basics fields before you search. Discover unlocks after that.

Filters you can use

Role

This uses your Job Title.

Use it to find people by function or seniority, such as founder, product, sales, or engineering.

Industry

This uses your Industry field.

Use it when you want people in a specific market.

Sector

This uses your Sectors field.

Use it for company context. People often use it as a proxy for SaaS stage when they want to narrow the type of company, motion, or maturity they are looking for.

Tools

This uses your Tools field.

Use it to find people who work with a specific stack.

Skills

This uses your Skills field.

Use it to find people with a specific capability or background.

City

This uses your City field.

Use it for location-based searches.

Country

This uses your Country field.

Use it for broader location searches.

How to search for SaaS stage-like context

Netch currently has no dedicated SaaS stage filter.

Use Sector plus Job Title when stage matters. That gives you a better signal about the type of company and the kind of person you want to find.

Examples:

• Founder + a relevant Sector
• VP Sales + a relevant Sector
• Product Manager + Industry + Country

If your search feels too broad, add one more field at a time. Start with Role. Then add Sector or Industry. Finish with City or Country if location matters.

• Save your profile
• Open Discover
• Add the filters you care about
