Using Netch for your event participants
If you organize events for SaaS professionals, Netch gives your attendees a way to find each other before the event starts and keep the conversation going after it ends.
Most events suffer from the same problem: people show up without knowing who else is there, have short conversations with whoever happens to be nearby, and lose touch quickly. Netch solves that by letting attendees match, chat, and book calls directly, using your event as the shared context.
How it works
Netch creates a dedicated join link for your event.
You share that link with your attendees. Each attendee clicks it, signs up or logs in, and gets tagged to your event automatically. After joining, they land in Discover, where they can filter by your event to browse the profiles of everyone else who clicked the same link.
From there, the Netch matching flow does the rest: swipe right, match, get an automatic intro message in Chat that includes both calendar links, book a call.
What your attendees can do
Once tagged to your event, attendees can:
- Open Discover and apply the Event filter to see only other attendees
- Browse profiles, filter by role, industry, location, skills, or goals
- Swipe right on people they want to meet
- Match and start chatting before the event
- Book a call through the calendar links in the auto-intro message
- Continue the conversation in Chat after the event ends
The event gives every attendee a natural reason to reach out. It removes the awkwardness of cold outreach.
What you get as an organizer
Pre-event engagement. Attendees start connecting days or weeks before the event. By the time your event starts, some will have already planned meetings with the people they most wanted to meet.
More intentional networking. Netch helps attendees filter for relevance. They decide who they want to meet before arriving, instead of relying on luck or a badge scan.
Post-event follow-through. Matches and conversations persist in Chat after the event. Attendees can follow up while the context is still fresh, without losing the thread.
How to get set up
Contact us at info@netch.pro with your event name, date, and a short description.
We will create your event in Netch and send you the join link. You can share that link in your event confirmation emails, event page, or any attendee communications.
The earlier attendees join, the more time they have to browse and match before arriving. We recommend sharing the link at least a week before the event.
What to tell your attendees
Keep it short. A sentence or two in your confirmation email is enough.
Example:
"We are using Netch at this event so you can connect with other attendees before and after the day. Join here: [link]. Complete your profile and browse who is coming, it takes under 10 minutes."
For attendees who want more detail, direct them to the Help Center article "What happens when you join via an event link."
