Privacy settings and profile visibility

Profile visibility on Netch depends on context inside the product.

Different parts of your profile appear in different places.

What people can see in Discover

Your profile card in Discover shows:

    • Full Name
    • Job Title
    • Company
    • Goals
    • Industry, if filled in
    • Sectors, if filled in
    • Skills, if filled in
    • Tools, if filled in

That is the first layer of visibility.

For more detail, see "What your card looks like on Discover when your profile is incomplete".

What people can see on your full profile

A fuller view appears when someone opens your profile from Discover or from Chat after a match.

That view can include your optional Stand Out details, including LinkedIn, if you added it.

Your small card and your full profile do not show the same amount of detail.

What stays private until a match

Your Calendar Link becomes especially relevant after a match.

When two people both swipe right, Netch sends an automatic intro message that includes both calendar links. That is what makes booking a call fast.

Your email address and password are account credentials. They are not shown on your public profile.

    What privacy controls exist today

The current visibility model is based on product context more than per-field toggles.

    In practice, that means:

    • Card details appear in Discover
    • More profile detail appears in the full profile view
    • Match context unlocks the automatic intro with calendar links

If you want to limit what others see, review the optional fields in Settings > Profile and remove anything you do not want on your profile.

    If you need policy-level detail

For legal and policy detail, review the Netch Privacy Policy.

If you have a privacy question that the product UI does not answer, contact info@netch.pro.
