How to permanently delete your account

Account deletion in Netch is permanent. There is no deactivation or suspension: once you delete, everything is removed and cannot be recovered.

If you just want to stop receiving meeting requests for a while, see "How to stop receiving new meeting requests" instead.

Where to find the delete option

Open Settings > Account.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.

What Netch asks before deleting

The confirmation dialog asks you to enter:

• Your email address
• Your password

Both must match your current account credentials. The deletion does not go through until both are confirmed.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes:

• Your profile
• Your matches
• Your messages
• All account data

This cannot be undone. If you think you might want to return later, stop using the app and come back instead. Your account will be exactly as you left it.

Before you delete

If the issue is noise or poor match quality, check your notification settings and profile first. Adjusting your Goals, Skills, or Bio can change the kind of people who find you.
